Rapid Mixer Granulator
Homogenous mixing of dry & wet powders, deaglomeration of wet mass and fast dispersion of binding agent. Dust free, high free flowing dosing particles, high uniformity of granule size. AC frequency control for bottom driven Impeller Mixer with 3 or 4 blades with exclusive scrape side design and Chopper positioned to make granules.
MEW supplies RMG of capacities 5Ltrs to 1200Ltrs.
Working Principle
The Rapid Mixer Granulator is mixing unit with a bottom entry agitator and side mounted chopper for granulation. It is used for dry blending, wet mixing and granulation i.e. cutting of the wet mass into small size granules. It works on the basic principle of agitation of the contents of the bowl at moderate speed and then running a specially profiled cutter blade at high speeds into the wet mass.
